Bhutan Mountain Biking
majority of this trip is on good paved roads with only a slight percentage on
dirt roads and trails. There are some challenging climbs on easy angled
switch-backs, mind blowing descents that last for hours and all of these
through some of the most beautiful and unspoiled scenery in the world.
Autumn Jambay Lhakhang Festival Witness
the amazingly colorful dances and religious pageantry of one of Bhutan’s most
important festivals at the 7th century Jambay Lhakhang Monastery. This
will be a special experience, as we stroll amongst the colorful masked dancers
and the equally colorful audience dressed in their finest ghos and kiras.
Bhutan Bird Watching Bhutan is
fabulous destination for bird watchers more than most other countries, which
fires the enthusiasm of all who have visited it and leaves almost everyone with
a sense of privilege and a desire to return.
This tour is based on the survey trip Quynh took in June of 2012 and is quite close to her Trip Report. The difference is one night in Gantey Valley instead of Wangdue!
